About the product
MCCL: It consists of 3 layers including AI, TP and Copper. AI is the bottom of MCCL, having types of 1050, 5052. TP is the second layer, which is Bonding Sheet(T-PREG). And Copper Foil covers the top of this MCCL with E/D Copper. Thickness is 0.6~2.0㎜(AI), 90~170㎛(TP), 0.5~20z(Copper) each.
