HY Dutch Kong produces a sanitary Dutch solution for juice extracting by applying technological factors such as cold refrigeration extraction, UV sterilization lamp, activated carbon fiber nonwoven filter and so on, based on know-how acquired by operating a Dutch coffee shop. Microbial propagation is suppressed because it extracts the crude stock solution by the cold refrigeration extraction method. It also prevents changes in taste due to temperature changes. Coffee is extracted by using a nonwoven filter which has the characteristics of filtering and adsorbing various kinds of contaminants dissolved in the water more than 100 times faster. It is safe from external pollution such as fine dusts and germs.
