This company is not paying their bills. If they cant keep people and other companies paid how is bright going to transport your belongings. They will get placed in storage and he will run off with your money.. He does not answer emails or phone calls.

Did not go with this company but the process of attempting to get a quote from them has been very frustrating. Submitted application including destination and detailed list of items and got a phone call and text the next day with request to email photos. Sent email the next day, got bounced back because the email address was wrong. Texted sales guy (Denny Han) looking for confirmation of email address. After two days of no response called their office and got it sorted out. Emailed the photos again. 10 days later emailed asked when to expect a quote. Two days later texted Denny asking when to expect a quote. Two days after that called Denny and he was suprised that I had not recieved my quote yet. Immediately got an email from Jenny Lee asking for my destination. I gave my destination and asked when to expect the quote. No response, 5 days later asked when to expect the quote she said that day. Today is the next day and still no quote.

I don't normally write reviews but with the level of professionalism shown in the quote process it horrifies me that anyone would trust their worldly posessions to these people. I would be very cautious if you are considerring doing business with this organization.
