Millennials, a generation of digital nomads, face many difficulties while living on rent. Our model provides a lower upfront cost and greater mobility to those who are not yet ready to commit to long-term home ownership. It allows people to invest in property that they might not be able to afford on their own. Our properties are owned collectively by our members and investors. We believe in the principles of shared responsibility, community building, and sustainable use of resources.
